From ballooning through airships to the latest airliners, aviation has spawned a wide range of ephemera. A large departmental collection of aviation material complements such items in the Centre for Ephemera Studies. Among such items are pre-printed tickets, baggage labels, safety notices, manifests, and a wide range of publicity material.
